Como have reportedly turned their attention to Chelsea striker Liam Delap after negotiations to sign Moise Kean stalled, with the Serie A club now exploring other options to strengthen their attack.

Delap Emerges as New Target

Como, coached by former Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fàbregas, have reportedly made preliminary contact regarding a possible deal for Delap.

The 23-year-old England youth international joined Chelsea from Ipswich Town last year for around £30 million, but his first season at Stamford Bridge was difficult, with limited goals and competition for places.

Chelsea Yet to Decide

Reports suggest Chelsea could consider offers for Delap as they continue reshaping their attacking options. The club are believed to want around £50 million for the striker.

For Como, however, any deal would likely depend on Chelsea's valuation and Delap's willingness to move to Italy.

A Fresh Start for Delap?

A move to Como could give Delap an opportunity to regain confidence and play more regularly.

For now, the interest remains at an exploratory stage, but with the Kean negotiations hitting difficulties, Delap could quickly become one of Como's main attacking targets
