Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre said supporting Ukraine and helping rebuild the country is not simply aid, but an investment in Europe’s security.
The announcement came as Støre and other Nordic and Baltic leaders visited Kyiv to reaffirm their support for Ukraine.
Norway’s continued funding makes it one of Ukraine’s strongest European supporters as the war enters another critical phase.
